At CARABULUT LLC, we are committed to delivering our jewelry collections to you in the safest and most efficient way possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (Estimated).

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (Estimated).

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

3. Global Fulfillment & Origin

To provide the best service and unique designs, we operate globally:

  • Our administrative headquarters is located in the USA.

  • Our primary fulfillment and quality control center is located in Izmir, Turkey. Depending on stock availability and your location, your jewelry may be shipped from our TR fulfillment center to ensure the fastest delivery.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CARABULUT LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us at hello@carabulutllc.com so we can assist you.
